If anybody finds themselves asking themselves what they want to do with their lives. I think the following articles might be helpful:
How to do what you love -> http://paulgraham.com/love.html
The 'Keeping One's Options Open' Mentality -> http://www.takingchildrenseriously.com/the_keeping_ones_options_open_mentality
I found a new art community - it's called artSIG -> http://www.artsig.com
The first thing I was struck by was the quality of the critiques on that site. The reason why critiques are better on artSIG is because a critique rating system is very much a part of the way the site works. You get rated higher if you give good critiques as well as creating good artwork. There aren't as many people on there as deviantArt, the overall quality of work is better, the critiques are way better and type of work tends toward the traditional or conservative. I don't recall seeing any anime, random snapshots, or 3d wallpapers.
There are still some issues thou
i love you like
the way it would feel like
i know what heroin is like from watching Pulp Fiction
i love you like
i know what it would feel like to
have my children die before I do
i love you like
find and replace
can change all instances of 'i' and 'hate'
into 'i love'
and 'you' and 'know'
into 'i know'
****
